Your new area of responsibility:
 Production planning and coordination of the production teams for on-time aseptic production of patient-specific infusion solutions. 
Order processing and plausibility check of medical prescriptions. 
Monitoring the manufacturing process including documentation. 
Ensuring that the finished products are manufactured, stored and labeled in accordance with regulations. 
Supporting the production team, e.g. when preparing the raw materials required for production in the clean room. 
Ensuring the necessary qualifications and validations for equipment, rooms and processes in the production area. 
Participation in the future-oriented alignment of manufacturing processes.
 Qualification and training of production personnel. 
Creating and updating SOPs and processing CAPAs, change control procedures, deviations and quality complaints. 
Working in partnership with all areas of the manufacturing operation Active participation in shaping your workplace. 
Implementation of company goals/projects in the area of production. 
This is how you convince us? 
You are a pharmacist or specialist oncology PTA or have successfully completed equivalent pharmaceutical training.
 Ideally, you have experience in GMP sterile production or in the aseptic production of patient-specific infusion therapies. 
You are characterized by an independent, reliable and quality-oriented way of working. 
You are committed, responsible and open to new challenges.
 Teamwork and precise work are just as important to you as the satisfaction of our customers. 
You have excellent communication skills and experience in managing and motivating employees. 
You have an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a solution-oriented and strong implementation personality.
 You have a good knowledge of relevant legal requirements, in particular pharmaceutical law and GMP regulations.
 Planning and organizational skills round off your profile.
